This quality manual documents the quality system of Liftex to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide product / service that meets customer requirements and applicable regulatory requirements. This quality manual applies to the Detailed Engineering, Sales, Fabrication, Construction And Maintenance and other products according to the scope of the different divisions. It includes all facilities like the office, the Central Workshop, the Warehouse and the sites. The quality system of Liftex has been established in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2000. The manual follows the almost the same structure like the standard.

Liftex has established, documented, implemented and maintains a QMS in line with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008, ISO
14001:2004 and OSHA 18001:2007 and all applicable customer requirements and standards / regulations. The QMS us part of the integrated Management system of Liftex.

DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS CONTROL OF DOCUMENTS

All documents required by the QMS are controlled in Liftex.
Documented procedures ensure that documents are reviewed prior to issue, current documents are made available to all users, document changes are clearly identified and revision status marked, obsolete document are removed from points/locations, external documents / customer Specifications, where applicable, are controlled and updated. In case if older versions of documents are maintained for reference, these shall be clearly marked to prevent inadvertent use.

CONTROL OF RECORDS

A separate documented procedure has been established identifying the records, storage location and retention period.
Records are be stored appropriately to avoid damage/ deterioration and are well indexed / filed for easy retrieval.
Records also include electronic data where applicable.

Liftex Management makes its commitment to QMS by ” establishing quality policy and objectives, pursuing achievement of objectives, communicating to staff on the importance of meeting customer and regulatory requirements, conducting regular management reviews, ensuring all corrective / preventive actions are completed on schedule, providing adequate resources – including manpower and training of staff.

Provision of Resources

Liftex management is committed to identify and provide resources needed to implement and maintain the QMS, to continually improve its effectiveness and to enhance customer satisfaction by meeting customer and regulatory requirements.

Design / Detailed Engineering Planning And Management

Primary designs are provided by the customer / consultant. Liftex prepares detaile dengineering drawings and specificationsas required by the primary design drawings. All drawings, bill of materials (material submittal), if not otherwise ruled by the contracts are submitted to consultant / client review and approval. In case of comments of these submittals, Liftex shall incorporate the comments and re-submit as applicable.

Project Execution / Site Management

Each construction site has a management team, consisting for example of a Project Manager, Site Engineers, Forman, Supervisors, safety officers, skilled and unskilled labors, helpers and drivers. The execution of work is done according to approved drawings and contract specification in a professional way with a best teamwork of all site staff. On each construction site a store is prepared and managed by the site management staff for the continuous storage of materials to be used on site during the execution of work.

Project Delivery Process

The following guidelines were developed by the Management Committee of Liftex to answer the expressed need of the elevator construction industry for an outline of the normal process to be followed on a construction project as it moves successively through the design process and is implemented in the construction phase.
